1. Can you deliver to me?
If you require offloading with a tail lift/ pallet truck we can only deliver to flat, level and hard standing surfaces- you must advise us of any restrictions such as weight limits, low bridges etc. for more information please see our delivery page click here.

6. I haven't received my order, what shall I do?
You can track your pallet, using your consignment number and postcode using the tracking link (http://www.tpnconnect.com/Tracking)

7. Help! I have an issue with my product?

8. What if I’m unable to receive my delivery?
Where possible we will try and deliver to a safe place, providing you have chosen the tail lift delivery option. If this hasn’t been selected at checkout, then we may still be able to leave the pallet, but this would incur an additional charge.
9. What colour glass do we use?
We use mixed colours of green, amber and clear.
10. What are you're glass products made of?
Our glass products are made from recycled local authority collections.

Customers can access their account by selecting the account icon in the header, next to the basket icon.

19. Does your website store card details?
No we do not store customer cards.
20. Do you offer any discount for bulk orders?

If you have successfully returned an item or are expecting a refund for a cancelled order, this can take up to 5 working days to process.
