Delivery Information

• If you are ordering for delivery outside of the UK, please contact our sales team, who will be able to provide you with a bespoke quote.
• We can only deliver to flat, level and hard standing surfaces, if you require delivery by pallet truck
• Please let us know if you have any restrictions that could impact our ability to deliver to you, such as low bridges, weight limits or small cul-de-sacs.
• If you're unable to receive your delivery, where possible we will try and deliver to a safe place. This can be done providing you have chosen the tail lift delivery option. If this hasn’t been selected at checkout, then we may still be able to leave the pallet, but this would incur an additional charge.
• If delivery is unsuccessful, then a redelivery charge of 75% of the delivery cost may apply, for more information please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

All quoted delivery dates and times are estimates and although we will try our best to meet them, sometimes this is not possible. We recommend that you do not schedule deliveries to arrive on the day the material is required for, as delays are sometimes unavoidable. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs or charges which you incur due to non-delivery of an order.

Please ensure you check the order once it arrives, as it is harder for us to rectify any errors once the delivery has been signed for. We will let you know within 48hours of receiving your order if we are unable to deliver your products within 30 days. We will give you the option to either wait for the products to become available or cancel your order and receive a full refund.
